Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HJR 24 am, thus adopting SCS HJR 24(L&C). The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HJR 24 am?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS HJR 24(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
