Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 2917) on the following:

     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 24 am                                                                                           
     Opposing any law that would establish a federal insurance

Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                
amendment to HJR 24 am, thus adopting SCS HJR 24(L&C).
